A benchmarking, collaborative, and innovative idea group of CSSP's similar to size, number of employees, lines of service, ownership structure, and markets served to find solutions to everyday problems.
The need to recognize that even the most successful business benefits from peer collaboration and accountability. They recognize that as their customers grow, they grow. Consolidation in the industry is forcing small companies to understand the importance of having dialed in financials as well. Peer growth organizations that are laser focused on financials, security hygiene and accountability aligned to each members goals are leading the charge.
Each group will have owners/C-Level participation with 9-12 CSSP's coming from non competing areas of the US with similar business models, creating an open discussion environment.
Meetings rotate throughout the West Coast, East Coast, and Midwest.
3 face to face meetings per year (1.5 days/each).
1 Virtual meeting per year (3 hours).
Always available slack channels for all departments in your business.
Review and Compare Quarterly financial/service reports including individual/group/industry/best in class.
We do not ask for any long-term commitment, we do counsel to try to make it a two-year commitment. Building trust takes longer for some than it does for others. Aligning some of the challenges that are easy to see with a plan of action takes some time as well. The early value will be game changing. The value after the first couple of years is life changing for those that stay with it.
